Fits vehicles that use column trim part 8V1 953 491 B
This pod comes with 3M VHB tape to adhere it to the top of your steering column, it is not a full replacement top trip piece.
Installing this pod will limit the range of motion of your steering wheel. If you typically position the wheel all the way up, and tight to the dash, you will need to pull the wheel toward you about .75″ to allow clearance for the pod.
Each order comes with:
- 1 pod – single, double or triple
- Adhesive tab – to hold the gauge/gauges in place
- Alcohol swab – to clean the column before adhering the pod
- 3M VHB tape – to hold the pod to the column
- Mesh wire sleeve – to clean up the wiring
- Zip tie – to hold the wiring and mesh sleeve in place.
