The wait for the coolest hybrid on the market is over.
We are proud to introduce to you the New TPC25 Turbocharger for the Audi and Volkswagen community that hosts one the most popular compressor wheel of this generation. The Garrett G Series G25-660 54mm compressor wheel.
On top of that we mated this sweet new compressor wheel to a GTX29 53mm turbine wheel in an OEM IS38 turbine housing for best spool and peak performance throughout the whole powerband.
On top of having some of the best wheels in the class this turbo uses BALL BEARINGS which makes this turbo more reliable and faster spooling than it’s JOURNAL BEARING counterparts.
You can choose from 2 styles of compressor housings, the OEM or Upgraded version.
Dyno plot shown is a very repeatable HP figure. We ran very conservative timing for the fuel used and we left a lot on the table. Turbo is definitely capable of 550whp.
About the upgraded version: The 2 piece intake system is far superior than the OEM models as shown in the pictures below. The opening at the turbo’s inlet is approximately 1″ bigger then stock and has a nice angle inside the inlet portion direct the air flow where it needs to go. The inlet on the performance cover is also available with an OEM style PCV fitting or a -10AN PCV fitting for easier catch line installation The result means better air delivery to the G25 compressor. For those to it matters, the TPC upgraded elbow is also 3/4lbs lighter then then the popular “best flowing elbow on the market” which is made of Stainless Steel. For most racers every 3/4-1 lbs matters.
If you choose our upgraded compressor housing , to help offset the cost of your new purchase, If you already have an upgraded turbo inlet pipe and turbo muffler delete you can sell them as this TPC upgrade will come with either a 2″ pipe pipe welded on the compressor housing for people running an OEM sized TMD or a 2.25″ pipe for people with a discharge pipe from brands such as Neuspeed, AFE, and EQT. If you are unsure as to the size of the turbo muffler delete you are running measure the OD at the serrated portion of the TMD.
Note that the current intake elbow measures 2.5″ on the intake side. we are developing a 3″ elbow for the near future.
