Returns  

We are happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days from the date the product  was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of  purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to process a  refund or exchange.

Exchange/Return Policy  

Slomqb must be notified with a return request prior to authorization. 

Regular Priced Merchandise 

• Within 14 days of purchase you can exchange or return an item(s) via mail (items returned  through the mail must be postmarked on or before the 14th day). 

• Only regular priced non-dealer specific items are subject to refunds directly through  Slomqb. Please double check item description, size, and/or quantity before purchasing. 

• Authorized returns for dealer specific items must meet and comply with original  manufacturer’s return policy.  

• Select regular priced items may not be accepted for return; see “Returns and Exchange  Details”. 

• Only regular priced items are subject to refunds, no refunds or returns will be authorized for  sale items.  

• After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

How to Mail Back a Return 

Follow the steps below to complete online returns. 

NOTE: We do not cover return postage fees.  

• Ensure your items fulfill the required return criteria above. 

• Contact us via Email so we are aware of the return. 

• Repackage the items you would like to return, along with the original invoice in the original  package and box. 

Dealer brand items authorized for return or exchange MUST be shipped directly to the manufacturer. Slomqb will provide all dealer information, requirements, and shipping  addresses. 

• ONLY Non-dealer brand items will be authorized to be shipped back to Slomqb.

IMPORTANT: If you are sending back an item, we must receive it back within 14 days of the  day it was delivered to you. If we receive it outside the 14 day window, we will not be able to  process a return, and it will be sent back to you at your expense. Once we receive your  package, we will do our best to process your return within 1 to 2 business days.* You will  receive an email notification when your return has been completed. 

*Please be aware that our processing time for returns and exchanges could take up to 5-7  business days once we receive your return. 

Return and Exchange Details  

NOT ALL PRODUCTS/PARTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS 

• Please double check item description, size, and/or quantity before purchasing

For all authorized returns or exchanges: 

• All authorized returns must be unused, and in their original/new condition in which they were received,  including all items and components that were included in the original package. 

• Items being returned must be returned in the original package(s) and must not have  been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user  error. 

• Slomqb will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses, towing expenses,  additional repair expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective  parts during installation. 

• Authorized returns for dealer specific items must meet and comply with original  manufacturer’s return policy. 

• In order for a return to be authorized and processed, receipt or proof of purchase must be  provided, as well as photos if requested. 

• After a return has been authorized by Slomqb, item(s) must be sent back to the original  manufacturer with the original receipt, and the authorized documents provided by Slomqb.  Any items sent without prior authorization would not be authorized for a refund or exchange for your purchase. 

Sale Items  

• Only regular priced items are subject to refunds

• No refunds or returns will be made for sale items. 

• Please double check item description, size, and/or quantity before purchasing. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders 

• Items that are damaged or defective, may be exchanged for the same item. 

• If you received your purchase, and find that an item within your order happens to be  incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately at: slomqb.sales@gmail.com,  along with the Name, Email, and Order Number for your purchase, and provide images of  the damage or defect, if applicable, so we can proceed with the exchange process. 

• Any claims beyond the 14 days cannot be replaced. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 

If your return has been approved, and you have not received your refund yet, please know that  typically refunds may take 2-5 business days to be processed by your financial institution. If  after such time, your refund has not been received, we urge you to first check your financial  records again, to assure that your refund has not arrived. Then, we suggest you contact your  credit card company, or financial institution, as it may take some time before they post your  refund to your account. If after you have taken these measures, you still have not received your  refund, please contact us at: slomqb.sales@gmail.com 

Shipping Returns  

To return your non-dealer brand item(s), Slomqb will provide specific information requirements and provide a shipping address.

To return your dealer brand item(s), Slomqb will provide specific dealer informationrequirements, and shipping addresses. 

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

• All shipping costs for your purchase are non-refundable. 

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

• Depending on your location, the item, and the weight of the item, the time it may take for  your exchanged item to reach you may vary. 

• If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping  service, or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your  returned item(s).
